Project Overview

262 Fifth Avenue is a 56-story, 120,643-square-foot luxury condominium skyscraper rising at the intersection of Fifth Avenue and West 29th Street in Manhattan's NoMad neighborhood. Upon completion, the tower will stand 860 feet tall — making it the tallest building in New York City between One World Trade Center and the Empire State Building, with unobstructed panoramic views to the north, south, and east.

The project is sponsored through NYC Regional Center, Inc., a USCIS-approved EB-5 Regional Center owned and operated by US Regional Center Group. The Developer is Five Points Development Group led by Founder and Chief Executive Officer Boris Kuzinez, who brings three decades of development experience and a record of more than 10 million square feet of completed residential and commercial projects internationally.

Location and Neighborhood

NoMad has emerged as one of Manhattan's most sought-after live-work-play neighborhoods, defined by new residential towers including Madison House, 277 Fifth Avenue, and The Ritz-Carlton NoMad, alongside historic conversions such as 212 Fifth Avenue. The block is surrounded by the James Hotel, Virgin Hotel, Ace Hotel, and The NoMad. NoMad and the adjacent Flatiron District are home to eight Michelin-starred restaurants, including Eleven Madison Park and Gramercy Tavern.

The location offers immediate access to Madison Square Park, Herald Square, the Empire State Building, and Madison Square Garden. Fourteen major subway lines lie within walking distance, and the project is a ten-minute walk to Hudson Yards.
