New York, New York · NoMad
262 Fifth Avenue is a 56-story, 120,643-square-foot luxury condominium skyscraper rising at the intersection of Fifth Avenue and West 29th Street in Manhattan's NoMad neighborhood. Upon completion, the tower will stand 860 feet tall — making it the tallest building in New York City between One World Trade Center and the Empire State Building, with unobstructed panoramic views to the north, south, and east. The project is sponsored through NYC Regional Center, Inc., a USCIS-approved EB-5 Regional Center owned and operated by US Regional Center Group. The Developer is Five Points Development Group led by Founder and Chief Executive Officer Boris Kuzinez, who brings three decades of development experience and a record of more than 10 million square feet of completed residential and commercial projects internationally.

Mott 32 Hollywood is the development of an over 10,000-square-foot, high-end Chinese restaurant located at 1545 Wilcox Avenue in the heart of Hollywood's Vinyl District. The project occupies the second floor of a Wilcox Avenue property whose ground floor is currently home to Mother Wolf Los Angeles, an established Hollywood restaurant. The development brings the Mott 32 brand — one of the world's leading luxury Chinese restaurant concepts, with existing locations in Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok, Dubai, Seoul, Las Vegas, Vancouver, and Cebu — to Southern California for the first time. The project is sponsored through FDIUS Regional Center, a USCIS-approved EB-5 Regional Center owned and operated by US Regional Center Group. The operations are led by a seasoned operating team with deep experience opening luxury and lifestyle restaurant concepts in Hollywood and beyond.

Tidewater Stadium is a sports and entertainment venue in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, and home to the Rhode Island FC USL Championship soccer team. EB-5 capital was structured by US Regional Center Group in a senior loan position totaling $40,000,000, with public participation supporting the development. US Regional Center Group manages the project’s EB-5 NCE. Construction has been completed on budget and the project has transitioned into its operational phase.

Suffolk Downs Infrastructure is the Phase 1R public-infrastructure component of the Suffolk Downs Redevelopment in East Boston and Revere, Massachusetts — including new roadways, utilities, public open space, and resiliency improvements adjacent to two MBTA Blue Line stations. Sponsored through Boston Regional Center, this offering raised up to $45,600,000 in EB-5 capital, with capital being administered by a Massachusetts economic development and finance agency.
